The filter material in this filter is a selected coconut shell carbon block, with 2x larger surface area and more micropores. The water passes through the pores of the filter, and it is further purified through two separate stages of ionization filtration that take place as the water passes through the carbon block to your refrigerator. The filter material in the Pureline refrigerator filter improves the overall taste of your water, unlike the cheap and mixed carbon block.
Our filters are completely made with Lead-Free, BPA-Free and Food Grade materials, and they have been verified by our NSF 372 and NSF 42 Certification, as well as WQA and IAPMO. Our carbon blocks have been independently tested to filter your water.
There are no worries about water leakages with Pureline filters, as they have been manufactured to the exact designs and specifications as the original brand filter, with a precision measurement technology to ensure that you get the exact same fit as the original. Installation is easy and simple, taking no longer than 2 minutes to complete when you follow the guidance in the box.
The filter filters up to 300 gallons of water, or it is recommended to change it every 6 months for an average household.
